| 摘 要： | 国内城市规划中的公众参与出现时间虽然不长,但日益得到人们重视。与此同时,对于现状公众参与不足的检讨和争论却从没有停过。本文希望仅从城市规划编制的角度,借鉴国外城市规划编制中较成熟的公众参与方法,理性认识国内的公众参与。
