| 摘 要： | 根据贵州省库区通航水域大量增加的情况,结合库区水上交通特点、水上安全管理和巡航救助要求,分析了研究库区通航水域海事巡航救助船艇的必要性、可行性、意义和关键技术问题,提出了库区通航水域海事巡航救助船艇(囤船)船型和功能配置的建议.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the reservoir navigable water area has increased greatly in Guizhou Province.According to characteristics of aquatic transportation,aquatic safety control and the cruise rescue,the necessity,feasibility,Significance and the question of key technologies of rescue vessels are discussed.The vessel(blockship) and the function disposition in navigable waters maritime affair cruise rescuing is proposed. |
