菜油脚芥酸资源开发工艺研究

摘    要:研究菜油油脚—皂脚共存下组成及物相特性、提出了有效开发利用油脚的“盐析──预酯化──醇解──蒸馏”工艺路线。试验结果表明:该方案具有综合利用程度高、工艺合理、技术易行、废弃物排放少、投资省、经济效益显著等优点,是发展芥酸及其衍生物生产的有效途径。

Abstract:Through theresearch of the component characteristics and Phase behaviour ofrape oil foots and soap foots,the writers found that the process of making use of rape oilfoots mainly cottsists of following steps: Salting out preesterification-alcoholysis distillstion.The experiment shows that this process is of deep degree in comprehensive utilizatlon,reasonable in technology,easy for operation,and with very few wasts,less Investment andhigher economic effect.This Process Is an advantageous way to develoP erclc acid and itsderivate.
