| 摘 要： | 本文通过对比涂层与未涂层高速钢滚刀耐用度的实验,得出以各刃齿的平均磨损宽度,作为评定涂层滚刀耐用度性能的指标,并在此前提下得出涂层滚刀在几种不同切削速度下耐用度提高的倍数。

| Abstract: | According to the contrast experiments of the durability of plated high speed steel hobbing cutters to that of non-plated ones,the average wear width of each blade tooth is regarded as the indicatrix which can be used to assess the durability of plated hobbing cutter. Under this criterion, the raised multiples of the durability of plated hobbing cutter at different cutting speeds are obtained. |
