组合空腹板架结构中方形钢管剪力键拟静力试验研究

摘    要:剪力键是连接组合空腹板架上层混凝土板与下层交叉钢肋的竖向构件,其作用是保证混凝土板和交叉钢肋共同工作、协同受力,是结构中的关键构件。通过MST液压伺服加载系统对三个具有相同外形尺寸,而钢管中布置不同形式加劲板的方形钢管剪力键件进行了水平低频反复荷载下的拟静力试验,研究了钢管剪力键的破坏性态、滞回特性、位移延性、耗能能力以及构件的强度和刚度退化等抗震性能指标。研究表明,设置加劲板可以提高钢管剪力键的承载能力和抗侧移刚度,改善构件的应力集中现象,同时加劲板的设置也改变了构件的延性和耗能能力。

Abstract:The quare steel-tube shear blocks is a concernment member which connects the upper concrete plate and the lower crossing steel ribs.It's so important in the whole structure because it must ensure the upper and the lower together working and cooperate with each other on bearing power.Three member which have been designed with the same size,but different steel collocated were carried out with low reversed cyelic loading using MTS hydraulic pressure load systems.Based on the experiments,the effects of different steel collocated on the failure pattern,hysteretic behavior,energy dissipation,displacement ductility,strength and rigidity degeneration,etc.have been studied.The results showed that shear blocks of collocated steel improved the member's bearing capacity and resisted side move stiffness,improved concentrating stress phenomenon of members,at the same time,the member collocated level steel changed the member's ductility and capability of consuming.
