| 摘 要： | 生态足迹方法是近年来国际上广泛采用的定量测度可持续发展的方法。运用生态足迹指标定量分析城市经济活动对资源和生态环境造成的影响程度,可以为城市的循环经济发展模式提供确凿可信的依据。通过生态足迹指标,分析了传统线性经济的不足,阐明了循环经济是实现城市可持续发展战略的重要途径,并以辽宁省铁岭市为例,运用生态足迹法进行了分析,反映了该市在经济发展中存在的问题,并提出了建设循环经济型城市的发展重点。对我国其它城市经济发展模式的转变也具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The method of ecological footprint was widely used to estimate sustainable development internationally in recent years.Economic activities of city's influence on resources and ecological environment are analyzed by the index of ecological footprint,which provide a basis for the developmental mode of circular economy in city.The deficiency of traditional linear economy was studied by ecological footprint in this paper,and it demonstrated circular economy is an important measure to achieve sustainable development in city.The problems of economic development in Tieling city were analyzed by ecological footprint,and it advanced the emphasis in constructing circular economic city.It has some referenced value of other cities to modify their modes of economic development. |
