废旧塑料热失重特性实验研究

摘    要:采用TG-DTG(WCT-2)型热天平对北京市废旧塑料的热重(TG)和微分热重(DTG)性进行了实验研究。得到了不同废旧塑料组分的热解特性参数,以期获得北京市废旧塑料样品分解过程的重要信息和相关参数,为废旧塑料在冶金中的综合利用提供技术参数。

Abstract:This paper mainly adopts TG-DTG (WCT-2) thermo-balance apparatus which make the experimental study in TG and DTG of waste plastics in Beijing city,combining Guizhou Provincial key technological research and development project "Waste plastic can be utilized as fuel and be applied to metallurgy" with the research project "the experimental study on waste plastic injected into blast furnace in Shougang Group".This research succeeds in obtaining the pyrolysis properties parameters of different components,and its purpose is to acquire important information and relative parameters in decomposed process of the waste plastic samples in Beijing City.It also offers technical parameters to the comprehensive utilization of waste plastics in metallurgy.
