中小型厂氨合成流程的热力学分析比较

摘    要:本文采用粗(米用)分析法对我国中小型合成氨厂的氨合成流程进行了分析比较,绘制了(米用)流图。结果表明,改善制气工艺、降低新鲜气中惰性气含量、适当提高循环气惰性气含量是最有效的节能降耗措施。适当提高合成压力,采用中置锅炉甚至前置锅炉回收合成废热也会收到较好的效益。

Abstract:The paper aims at analysing several ammonia synthetic processes used in some middle and small-sized plants by the method of exergy analysis.The results are expressed as Grassmann diagrams.A compa- rison between them indicates that,in order to economize the source of energy consumed and cut down the consumption of raw materials, the most effective measures are to improve the gasification technology of coal and/or coke,decrease the inert gas content of the make-up gas, and increase the inert gas content of the cycling gas.Appropriately raising the synthetic pressure and using a boiler to recover the waste heat from ammonia synthesiszing will also achieve better benefit.
