| 摘 要： | 本文分析了灰色系统预测ＧＭ（１，１）模型用于长期负荷预测时的局限性，针对电力系统需求增长的特点，提出了灰色改进等维新息ＧＭ（１，１）模型，对江苏电网的用电量进行测算的结果表明，采用改进等维新息ＧＭ（１，１）模型进行长期负荷预测的精度高于一般灰色ＧＭ（１，１）模型的预测精度，给出了程序框图与测算结果。

| Abstract: | in this paper, the application conditions of the Grey Prediction model GM (1,1) is studied. The method of Equal Dimension New Signal (EDNS) Grey Model GM(1, 1 ) is Proposed to be used in the Long-term Load forecasting. The forecasting calculation result for the Power consumption of Guizhou and Jiansu electric-network provedthat the precision of the EDNS GM (1, 1) is better than the nomal GM (1,1), and thismethod is considered feasible and effective. |
