工艺参数对收缩率影响的正交优化分析

摘    要:注塑成形是重要的塑料制品成形方式,目前,注塑制品己经应用到各行各业。注塑产品在现代行业的应用对产品质量、品种及更新换代提出了更高要求。提高制品质量成为近几年注塑行业的首要问题。将研究注塑工艺参数和制品质量间的关系,选用制品内的收缩率作为考察质量指标,选用数值模拟可考虑的工艺参数熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压时间和保压压力为影响因素,基于CAE软件模拟的结果,应用正交试验设计获取最优工艺参数。
