摘    要:对电接触铜合金材料作固溶、时效的不同热处理,对铸态、固溶和时效三种不同金相组织下进行电学性能对比分析。结果发现:1160℃×8 h固溶+500℃×4 h时效处理后,合金具有良好的电学性能并保持较高使用次数,同时此材料的导电性能和机械强度有良好配合,这种处理工艺有望使此功能材料获得替代银氧化镉的实际应用。

Abstract:The copper alloy with has been treated with solution heat treatment and ageing heat treatment, which has been used electrical contact material. Electrical properties of this kind of alloy have been compared and analyzed by microstructure in the three different states: casting, dissolution and ageing. The result shows that this kind of alloy which has been treated in the turn of solution heat treatment with 1160 degrees and 8 hours, ageing heat treatment with 600 degrees and 4 hours remains the electrical properties at a high level with experimental life times and has remarkable mechanics strength. Therefore, there is good match on both electrical properties and mechanics strength. This new alloy will be a super electrical contact material with substitute of AgCdo in practicability.
