氧化铝生产中添加氧化钡除硫净化铝酸钠溶液的研究

本文系统地研完了无水 BaO(—100目)在不同添加量、不同净化温度下分别对不同成分铝酸钠溶液的净化作用,并对溶液净化过程中析出的沉淀进行了 x—射线衍射分析,鉴定其中的物相,探讨净化作用的机理,指出了BaO 添加量、净化温度及铝酸钠溶液成分对净化结果的影响。

Research into Adding Baria to Sodium Alumina Solution for Purification in Production of Alumina

The writer made a systematical research into the purifying action of the dry baria (-100 item) for the sodium alumina solutions of different composition at different temperatures with different increment of baria;and an anaiysis by x-ray diffraction was made upon the preciptates preciptated from the solution in the process of purification to discriminate its matter phase and to research into the mechanism of purification.Finally the writer pointed out that the purifying temper- ature,increment of baria and composition of sodium alumina solution all have an influence upon the result of purification.
