结构钢多相复合组织的微观形态

摘    要:应用扫描电镜、透射电镜,对30CrMnSiA、355SiMnMov 钢经热处理后,对获得的马氏体+贝氏体+铁素体+奥氏体多相复合组织形态进行观察研究的结果表明:该组织中各相相间排列:未转变的奥氏体夹在各相之间;贝氏体为一种过渡形态,马氏体具有短的板条特征。并探讨了该组织的形成机理。

Abstract:The martensite,bainite,ferrite plus austenite fibrous mul- tiphase structure morphology obtained by heat treatment in 30CrMnSi and 35SiMnMoV steel was investigated with scanning and transmission electron microscopes.The result shows that each phase of the complex structure is in alternate distribution,retained austenite is between each phase,bainite appears in a kind of transitional morphology and that ma- rtensite possesses a character of short plate.The formation mechanism of multiphase structure is analyzed as well.
