螺旋藻培养液回收利用的研究

摘    要:探讨了对钝顶螺旋藻培养液进行回收再利用的可行性。其方法是对培养过后的螺旋藻培养液进行检测分析,然后补加缺少部分的量。实验结果表明,钝顶螺旋藻光合自养培养细胞干重0.86g/1,混合营养培养细胞干重1.40g/1;对光合自养和混合营养的培养液分别进行回收的细胞干重分别为0.85g/1,1.38g/1,此说明对培养液进行回收是可行的,对螺旋藻培养液进行回收再利用可大大降低成本和保护环境。

Abstract:Availability 0f recovering and reusing culture liquid of Spirulina plantensis is studied in this paper. The method is to measure and analyze the ingredients of Spirulina plantensis culture liquid,then to add the lack parts to the liquid. The results showed that the dry cell weight in fed-batch phototrophic culture and in fed-batch phototrophic culture were 0.86g/l,1.40g/l respectively.The dry cell weight in recovering fed-batch phototrophic culture and in recovering fed-batch phototrophic culture were 0.85g/l,1.38g/l respectively. The results of experiment showed that the recoveries of the mixotrophic and phototrophic culture liquid of Spirulina plantensis were available. Environment protection and great reduction of cost can be realized by recovering and reusing culture liquid of Spirulina plantensis.
