| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了球头立铣刀端刃容屑槽深为恒定值和逐渐减小时前刀面的两种磨削加工方法及Ｓ刃的形成，提出了在周齿螺旋前刀面与Ｓ刃刀面之间存在过渡表面的概念，以及找出了周齿螺旋前刀面与Ｓ刃前刀面不能光滑光顺连接的原因。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces two kinds of grinding methods of the face of the endedge of ball-nose end mill with its chip-breaker-groove depth being constant or reduced gradually and the forming process of the S edge,puts forward the concept of transition surface between the cylindrical helix face and the S edge face,and finds out the reason why the cylindrical helix face is not connected with the S edge face smoothly. |
