| 摘 要： | 本文以素质教育为中心，从数学教育角度着手分析，在新世纪数学教师在数学教育中，一方面树立新的现代教育理念，掌握现代教育技术，使自己成为高素质数学教育工作者，另一方面，积极投身于数学课堂改革，提高课堂效益，培养高素质创新型的人才。

| Abstract: | With qualification-oriented education as its limelight, this article analyzes the up-to-date conceptions of mathematics that the maths teachers set up in their teaching practice, discusses how the maths teachers perfect themselves by grasping modern educational techniques. Meanwhile, this article also decribes how teachers participate educational and classroom reform to make full and reasonable use of the time ao as to train the students into new-type personnel with high qualification. |
