| 摘 要： | 目的：比较川产藏药材红毛五加不同采收期中多糖的含量．方法：回流法提取红毛五加多糖：紫外．可见分光光度法于490nm波长处测定水溶性糖的含量．结果：川产藏药材红毛五加从苗期——果期的多糖含量呈增加趋势．结论：从成分多糖的角度考虑，川产藏药材红毛五加以果期采收为好．

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the content ofpolysaccharides ofAcanthopanax giraldii Harms in different collection times Methods： The polysaccharides ofAcanthopanax giraldii Harms is extracted by water distillation, whose content is compared by spectrophotometry at wavelength of 490nm. Result： From seedling stage to fruiting stage, the content of polysaccharides increases with time going. Conclusion： Polysaccharides ofAcanthopanax giraldii Harms can be harvested in the fruiting time. |
