| 摘 要： | 讨论了分子生态学的概念、研究方法及发展状况，其中，DNA水平和蛋白质水平的研究方法是分子生态学的重要研究方法．最后，系统论述了分子生态学在生物多样性研究中的应用现状，并对其应用前景作了展望。
