摘    要:本研究对地处海拔3900m的德格藏山羊,分别在春、秋两季对相同个体的成年母羊、育成母羊采血测定其生理、生化指标。结果表明,春、秋两季,藏山羊血液各项生理、生化指标均在山羊常值范围内,但由于牧草营养等因素的季节性变化,导致藏山羊血液中红细胞、白细胞、血清总脂、血液葡萄糖、血清钠、钾,春季显著低于秋季(p<0.05或p<0.01);血清非蛋白氮、血清磷则秋季低于春季,非蛋白氮差异显著(p<0.05),血磷育成母羊差异极显著(p<0.01),血红蛋白、血清蛋白、血液尿素氮、血浆游离脂肪酸、CO_2·Cp、血钙等指标,则季节性差异不显著(p>0.05)。

Abstract:This paper reports the detarmining results of blood physiological and biochemical targets of the spring and autumn in same individual adult she-goat and hogg she-goat in Tibetan goat in Dege County it is 3900 meters above sea level. The results show that, all of blood physiological and biochemical targets of both season are within the limits of the nomal physiological value, but there have some differences in contents of some targets, because of the seasonal variety of the grass nutrition et's factors, the contents of the red blood cell, white blood cell of blood, total lipids of serum, blood sugar, natrium and kalium of serum in spring are significantly lower than the contents of those in autumn (P<0.05or P<0.01). The contents of non-protein nitrogen and phosphorus of serum in spring are higher than the contents of those in autumn, the differences of the contents of non-protein nitrogen of serum in both season are significant (P<0.05), especially the contents of phosphorus of serum in hogg she-goat (P<0.01). There are no significant differences (P>0.05)in the contents of haemoglobin, total protein of serum, blood urea nitrogen, free fatty acid and carbon dioxide combining power of plasms in different season.
