藏药绿萝花对正常小鼠糖耐量影响的试验研究

摘    要:探讨藏药绿萝花的降血糖作用,为临床合理用药和进一步开发利用提供科学依据.以L9(34)正交设计试验获得绿萝花水萃取干膏制剂为研究材料,将实验动物分为空白组、高、中、低剂量绿萝花组和阳性药物组,以尾静脉血糖值、糖耐量曲线下面积为检测指标,研究不同剂量绿萝花对正常小鼠糖耐量影响.实验结果:灌胃后30min,高剂量绿萝花血糖值(11.72 mmol/L)与中剂量绿萝花组血糖值(11.41mmol/L)显著低于空白组(P0.05);三个剂量绿萝花组的糖耐量曲线下面积无显著差异(P0.05),但都均低于空白对照组的糖耐量曲线下面积,尤以中、高剂量绿萝花和盐酸二甲双胍片效果较明显.研究结果表明:绿萝花在连续服用5d后具有抑制机体对葡萄糖吸收的能力、增强机体对糖耐受的能力.

The experimental study of the effect of Scindapsus aureus on the glucose tolerance of normal rats

Abstract:This paper discusses the action of Scindapsus aureus in declining the blood sugar(BS), provides scientific basis for using drugs reasonably and exploiting further. The dry paste of Scindapsus aureus was obtained for research materials by L9(3^4) orthogonal test of water extraction technology. Experimental animals were divided into blank group, high, middle and low dose of Scindapsus aureus groups and positive drug group to study the effects of Scindapsus aureus on the glucose tolerance of normal rats with the test indexes of caudal vein blood sugar and SBG. The results showed that the BS(11.72mmol/L) of the high dose of Scindapsus aureus group and the BS(11.41mmol/L) of the middle dose of Scindapsus aureus group were significantly lower than the blank group (P 〈 0.05) after 30 minutes of oral gavage; the SBG of the three doses of Scindapsus aureus groups were of no significant difference (P 〉 0.05), but were all lower than the SBG of the blank group, and the effects were obvious especially in the middle and high dose of Scindapsus aureus groups and metformin hydrochloride tablets group. The research results showed that Scindapsus aureus can inhibit the body's ability to absorb glucose and ameliorate glucose tolerance after taking it 5 days continuously.
