| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理干预对胆结石病人术前焦虑及并发症的影响．方法：80例胆结石病人随机编入实验组（按受研究者制定的心理干预）和对照组，并测定其术前焦虑、心率、收缩压．结果：实验组术后心率、收缩压、焦虑水平显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）．结论：心理干预可显著降低其焦虑水平．

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of mental intervention on the gallstone patients before surgery. Method ： 80 cases of gallstone patients are randomized into the experimental group （according to the treatment plan of psychological intervention） and the matched group （accepted general mental nursing）, and to measure their anxiety, heart rate, systolic pressure. Result： Patients＇ heart rate, systolic pressure, anxiety level of experimental group are significantly lower than those of the matched group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Mental intervention can significantly reduce the gallstone patients＇ anxiety before surgery. |
