我国鸡白痢沙门氏菌病诊断与防治研究概况

鸡白痢沙门氏菌可感染各日龄、不同品种的鸡、其临床症状表现不尽相同、均严重影响鸡的生产性能．细菌学方法仍是不可或缺的诊断手段．随着血清学技术、PCR技术、快速检测试剂盒逐步应用于鸡白痢的检疫之后，对鸡白痢的防制巳跃上了一个新台阶，鸡白痢沙门氏菌的毒力质粒和耐药性研究，为药物、疫苗防治打开了新思路．减毒菌苗、灭活菌苗、脂多糖(LPS)抗原、卵黄抗体、活菌生物制剂、抗生素、磺胺药、中草药、有机酸等措施在鸡白痢的防治中发挥着重要作用。
