| 摘 要： | 论述了DNA分子标记的分类以及限制性酶切片段长度多态性、随机扩增多态性DNA、扩增片段长度多态性、简单重复序列、单核苷酸多态性等5种主要DNA分子标记的基本原理和优缺点。同时，还分析了它们在动物遗传育种中应用情况和发展前景。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author discusses the classification of DNA molecular markers and the basic principle, virtue, weakness of the primary five DNA molecular markers for restriction fragment polymorphism, randomly amplified polymorphic DNA, amplified fragment length polymorphism, simple repeat sequence, simple nucleotide polymorphism. At the same time, analyzes its application and development in animal breeding. |
