On the trust mechanism in virtual enterprise

The paper points out that several mechanisms play important roles in the establishment and development of trust between members of a virtual enterprise, which include: to select partners properly, to enhance the communication between partners through Internet and information technology, to establish effective mechanism against moral risks and to treat partners equally, etc.
