| Abstract: | Porcine circovirus (PCV) infection is an important infectious disease in pigs in recent years, which seriously hinders the development of pig industry. Thus PCV has become the focus to researchers all over the world. This paper reviews the recent advance in studies on the structure and function of the virus genome, main encoding proteins and their function, and the molecular diagnostic methods of PCV etc. |
