遗产型景区应如何应对危机事件浅析——以九寨沟“10.2”事件为例

遗产型景区以遗产资源作为旅游吸引物,通过地域空间进行遗产展示并为游客提供其独特的遗产旅游体验,具有不可再生和不可替代的特性.近年来,随着各类危机事件在遗产型景区频发及其对遗产地产生的巨大影响,遗产型景区的管理和服务正面临着新的挑战.为尽可能降低危机事件对遗产型景区造成的负面影响,使遗产型景区能够持续健康发展,文章通过分析九寨沟"10.2"事件,揭示其在应对危机事件上存在的问题,得出遗产型景区应对危机事件的几点启示.

A brief analysis of how the heritage site responds to the crisis

With the continual various types of crisis events in heritage-scenic spot, it has enormous impact on heritage resources, and thus the management and service of heritage-scenic is faced with new challenges. In order for the sustained and healthy development of heritage-scenic spot to minimize the negative influence of the crisis as much as impossible, this paper draws some enlightenments on responding to the crisis events for heritage-scenic spots, based on analysis of the Jiuzhaigou ＂October 2＂ Event.
