| 摘 要： | 地处少数民族地区的民族高校的学报，尤其是自然科学类学报面临着越来越严峻的挑战，要在艰苦激烈的竞争环境中站稳并求得发展，学报的学术质量是根本，而学报编辑的素质又是提高质量的最基本的保证．分析了新形势对民族院校学报自然科学版的编辑素质的要求，针对编辑人员素质的现状，说明了必须采取各种有效的方法提高自然科学版学报编辑的各方面的素质，使民族高校的学报确实起到及时反映民族地区乃至全国的科技新成果，为科技成果的推广，促进民族地区经济发展服好务的作用。

| Abstract: | The journal of colleges and universities for nationalities, especially the natural science
edition, now is facing austere challenges. If they want to stand firmly and get progress on the hard and
fierce competitive occasion, the academic quality of journal must be advanced, and the editors' quality
which is the basic guarantee of journals quality must be developed. The request and status quo of
editors' quality are analyzed. Editors' quality of journal of natural science edition at colleges and
universities for nationalities would be improved by taking some efficient measures so that we ensure that
the journal can reflect betimes the new science and technology, and serve the development of economy
in minority areas. |
