| 摘 要： | 以酪蛋白为底物测定猪胰蛋白酶的活力,并分别在体外对底物和稀释酶液进行磁化处理,结果表明,磁化的猪胰蛋白酶活力变化不显著,而底物经磁化15分钟后酶的催化活力提高至对照组的2.28倍,底物磁化12小时同磁化15分钟具有相同的效应,该研究对推动磁生物学效应在畜牧业生产和医疗保健上的应用具有一定意义。
