| 摘 要： | 目的：建立藏药HEG胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定方法．方法：以芦丁为对照品，于360nm处测定总黄酮的含量结果：总黄酮在5．06—25．30ug·ml^-1范围内，吸收度于浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），加样回收率为90．9％．结论：该方法准确，简便，可为藏药HEG胶囊中总黄酮含量的测定提供参考．

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish methods for determination of total flavonoids contents in Tibetan Medicine HEG capsules. Methods： The contents of total flavonoids are measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 360nm with rutin as reference. Result： The total flavonoids show a good linear relationship with the concentration of 5.06-25.30u g.ml^-1 （r=0.9999） and the average recovery is 90.9% （n=6）. Conclusion： The present method is accurate, convenient, rapid and suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in HEG capsules. |
