微波技术在何首乌药材加工中的应用研究

摘    要:考察微波干燥和炮制新鲜何首乌的工艺条件,并与传统炮制方法相比较.采用正交设计,以二苯乙烯苷含量为指标优化微波干燥和炮制新鲜何首乌的工艺条件,确定最佳优选条件为火力60%,加热时间3min,药材堆积厚度3cm.结果表明,何首乌经短暂的微波加热后,炮制品呈多孔状,二苯乙烯苷的含量比传统方法所得的炮制品及生品都要高,而且失水率达到50%左右.可见微波技术在干燥和炮制新鲜何首乌方面是可行的.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the microwave technology in drying and processing fresh Radix Polygoni Multifiori (RPM), and compare it with traditional processing methods. The microwave processing technology of fresh RPM has been optimized by orthogonal design with the index of the contents of stilbenc glycoside. The best conditions of microwave technology to process fresh RPM are 60% of firepower, 3 rain of toasting and 3 cm of thickness. According to this condition, the contents of stilbene glycoside in the product processed with microwave technology are higher than those in the traditional and unprocessed ones. At the same time, the water loss rate of microwave processed product is about 50%. So microwave technology is a practical method in drying and processing fresh RPM.
