黄连素提取方法的改进

摘    要:采用有机溶剂从黄连中提取黄连素,对不同温度、不同时间下的色素提取率进行测试,以确定最佳提取条件;同时在微波作用下从黄连中提取黄连素,以黄连素的收率为指标,运用正交法确定了乙醇微波辅助提取黄连素的最佳条件为:液固比(V/m)为100:1,微波辐射时间为10min,微波辐射功率为600W.与浸提法比较,微波提取极大地缩短了提取时间,而且收率有明显提高.

Abstract:Objective:Berberine is obtained by extracting from Rhizomacoptidis with organic solvent.The extractive rate at different temperatures and times is testified to determine optimum extractive conditions.At the same time the technology of extraction of Berberine is studied by using yield as an index by microwave-assisted technique.The optimum extraction condition of microwave-assisted technique is determined by Orthogonal experiment as follows.The amount of the solvent(per 10.0g paprika red pigment)is 80mL,extraction time is 12 minutes,microwave-assisted technique power was 600W.Compared with traditional extract method,microwave-assisted technique could improve the extraction yield and save extraction time of paprika red.
