| 摘 要： | 用例子指出Cook-seiford函数所得的群排序的不唯一性，并利用计算机模拟实验说明这种情况出现的几率较大，提出Cook-Seiford函数的两种推广：加权的Cook-Seiford函数和基于Minkowski距离的Cook-Seiford函数；解决了Cook-Seiford函数结果不唯一的问题．推广的Cook-Seiford函数还可以用来进行多属性决策．

| Abstract: | The examples given in this paper show that Cook and Seiford's function can sometimes lead to more than one consensus ranking of the candidates. By computer simulations, we show that this phenomenon happens in a high probability. In order to solve the problem, two extensions of Cook and Seiford's function are proposed: the weighted Cook and Seiford's function and the Minkowski-distance-based Cook and Seiford's function. The two extensions will produce unique consensus ranking of the candidates. The extended Cook and Seiford's function can also be used as a multiple attribute decision-making method. |
