| 摘 要： | 报道了老龄犬子宫蓄脓的发病经过、症状及临床诊断方法,探讨了该病的发病原因。采用卵巢子宫切除术治疗老龄犬子宫蓄脓23例,取得了满意效果。结果表明手术疗法是治疗老龄犬子宫蓄脓的有效方法。

| Abstract: | The authors report the disease-process, symptoms and clinical diagnostic methods of pyometra in aged canine, and expound on the causes of the disease. 23 cases of this disease were treated by ovario-hysterectomy and the results were satisfactory, showing that the operative therapy is effective method for treatment of pyometra in aged canine. |
