摘    要:目的:研究不同产地红曲微量元素的含量及分布特征.方法:以微量元素含量为指标,用SPSS主成分分析法和聚类分析法对红曲中的特征元素进行分析.结果:筛选出特征根累计贡献率83.260%的3个主成分;对选出的品种中主成分进行系统聚类分析,在离差平方和的水平上将其划分为3大类群.结论:为红曲药材道地性研究及鉴定提供了科学依据.

Abstract:Objective: To study the contents and distribution of trace elements of Red Kojic on Chinese traditional medicine gathered from different habitats. Method: Principal components analysis and cluster analysis of SPSS are applied for the study of characteristic elements. Result: 4 principal components are obtained, which contributes variance over 90.072%. Based on these principal components, germplasms are clustered into 4 group switch Ward's method. Conclusion: The results provide scientific basis for research and identification of Red Kojic.
