固体的热传导方程的微观分析

摘    要:利用固体的电子—声子模型和原子点阵的非简谐振动模型,用量子场论和量子统计力学推导出了热传导方程,给出了弛豫时间的表达式.

Abstract:With the electron-phonon and inharmonic of atomic lattice model, this paper gets the relation equation for heat flow density and temperature by quantum field and quantum statistical mechanics. The expression of relaxation time is given.
