摘    要:建立了一种简单而灵敏的流动注射化学发光体系连续自动监测盐酸氯丙嗪片溶出度的方法,并对Ce(SO4)2盐酸氯丙嗪化学发光体系的适宜反应条件和主要影响因素进行了讨论.测定了三种不同来源的盐酸氯丙嗪片的溶出度,结果与药典标准方法测得值一致、体系具有稳定性好、灵敏度高、简单、方便和大动态测量范围,能便捷地在线监测盐酸氯丙嗪片的溶出全过程。

Abstract:A simple and sensitive flow-injection ofchemiluminesence(CL) system for continuous and automatic monitoring of chlorpromazine hydrochloride tablets is described. The novel CL system of Ce(SO_4)_2-chlorpromazine hydrochloride is discussed here. The method has been applied to the determination of the dissolution profiles of chlorpromazine hydrochloride tablets from three sources in pharmaceutical preparations and the results are in good agreement with those by pharmacopoeia standard method, which demonstrates the stability, great sensitivity, simplicity, convenience, large dynamic measuring range and robustness of the system. It can be used as an on-line dissolution testing and monitoring the entire process of chlorpromazine hydrochloride easily.
