| 摘 要： | 对从病鸭群中分离的鸭“传染性肿头症”病毒对雏鸭致病性进行研究，证明其对雏鸭致病力强，致死率为100％，人工感染的潜伏期为3－6d。人工感雏鸭的症状和病理变化与自然发病病例相类似。从感染途径看，注射、消化道、呼吸道均能感染发病。用商品蛋鸡生产的鸡抗“鸭传染性肿头症”高免卵黄抗体，有较好的预防效果，为本病的特异性防治提供了有效的手段。

| Abstract: | The duck "infectious swollen head" virus was isolated from the duck with duck embryo. The artificial infection test showed that the duck "infectious swollen head" virus has a high pathogenicity to young ducks. 8-day-old duck can be infected with a 100% morbidity and a 100% mortality. The delitescence of artificial infection is 3~6d. The experimental ducks have the same clinical symptoms and pathological changes as the natural case. The disease can be transmitted by inoculation, alimentary canal and breathe canal. The high consistence antibody resisting the virus made form hens is good at preventing to the disease. |
