| 摘 要： | 立足于资料情报中心现状,讨论了本系统研发的必要性.在对软件体系结构和开发技术的特点进行分析的基础上,介绍了本系统的主要功能、数据库的数据字典和数据库的物理模型,并结合实际对系统中所涉及到的安全技术进行了分析总结.

| Abstract: | Based on current situations of the Information and Data Center, this paper discusses the necessity we research and develop the system. After carefully analyzing the characteristic of software architecture and development technology, it introduces the main functions of this system, database dictionary and physical model of database. In addition, security techniques which are adopted in our system are practically analyzed and summed up. |
