摘    要:目的:筛选红毛五加总皂苷纯化工艺条件.方法:采用大孔吸附树脂纯化,紫外.可见分光光度法测定红毛五加总皂苷含量.结果:D140型大孔吸附树脂对红毛五加总皂苷的吸附量最大,所以选择D140型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化红毛五加总皂苷.结论:通过大孔吸附树脂富集与纯化,红毛五加总皂苷洗脱率为94.02%.该法可较好地纯化红毛五加总皂苷.

Abstract:Objective: To screen the purification process of total saponins ofA. giraldii Harms. Method: Total saponins of A. giraldii Harms is purified with macroporous adsorption resin and its content is determined by UV-VIS spectropbotometer. Result: The adsorption quantity from total saponins ofA. giraldii Harms by Dl40 macroporous adsorption resin is the most. Conclusion: Enriched and purified by macroporous resin, the elution rate of saponin is 94.02%. This method is simple, accurate, replicate and suitable for the screen of A. giraldii Harms.
