摘    要:重庆市小南海水库溢洪道由于地形地质条件的限制,设计成两个弯道且弯道的曲率小,坡降大.两岸水面高差超过允许值,水流分布极不均匀,以至在消力池内形成回流.通过水工模型试验对该溢洪道的水力特性进行了研究,针对弯道存在超高及冲击波等问题最终采用了斜槛法.经多次试验,选定了斜槛数量、布置角度及高度.研究表明,优化后在各工况下得到的水力要素如横向高差、流速、水面线等,都达到了工程设计的要求.

Abstract:There are two bends designed with small curvature and large grade in the Xiaonanhai Reservoir Spillway due to the limitation of geology and landform.The difference of transverse level is not accepted,the flow distributes unevenly,even there is refluence in the stilling pool.The hydraulic characteristics of spillway is researched by model experiment in this paper,and some methods are put forward to improve the flow condition responding to such problems as great water surface and shock in the bends.Slopping sills are selected finally.It needs many tests to find out the optimal arrangement.It shows in the experiment that such optimized hydraulic factors as transverse level difference,velocity and water surface in all conditions meet the demand of engineering design.
