雪莲水煎剂的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用研究

摘    要:本项研究采用小鼠游泳实验和不同条件下的缺氧实验,观察了雪莲花的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用。结果表明雪莲能显著延长小鼠的游泳时间和常压、减压缺氧及异丙肾上腺素(ISO)增加耗氧量的生存时间。但是,雪莲不能对抗氰化钾(KCN)和亚硝酸钠(NaNO_2)所致的组织细胞缺氧。这表明雪莲能提高机体整体的耐缺氧能力和明显延长ISO 所致耗氧量增加的小鼠的存活时间。

Abstract:In the experiments,We have used swimming test and servcral tolerating anoxia models of mice to Study antifatigue and anoxia-tolerating effects of aqueous extract of Saussurea GossyphoraD.Aqueous extract of S.GossyphoraD.evidently prolonged the duration of swimming for mice,prolonged survival time of mice under the condition of closed normal compression hypoxia or decompression hypoxia.The druy could evidently antagoniec the effects oF decreasing the survival time of mice by ip isoprenaline under the condition of closed normal compression hypoxia,but it couldn't overly antagonize the effects of tissue anoxia by KCN or NaNO_2 The results showed that aqueous extracts ofS.GossyphoraD. could be decreasing O_2consumption of body and raising the ability of body to utilize O_2un. der the condition of hypoxia.
