摘    要:在微波辐射条件下,高效、高产率地合成了新的以2-硝基苯甲酰肼和手性不对称脲结构单元为手臂的脱氧胆酸类分子钳人工受体.其化学结构均经核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析确证.利用紫外可见光谱考察了这类钳形人工受体对阴离子的识别性能。结果表明,这类受体对醋酸根阴离子具有很高的选择性识别能力.

Abstract:Novel bile acid-based molecular tweezers bearing 4-nitrobenzoylhydrazine and chiral unsymmetrical urea units were synthesized efficiently under microwave irradiation. The chemical structures of compounds were confirmed by means of IR, 1 HNMR, 13C NMR, Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Their binding properties for anions were examined by UV-vis spectra titration. The results revealed that these molecular tweezers showed high selectivity and affinity fbr CH3COO anion.
