| 摘 要： | 本实验用E玫瑰花环试验检测奶犊牛的细胞免疫状况,实验组8头奶犊牛注射疫苗前的E玫瑰花环率平均为20%,注射疫苗后第45天E玫瑰花环率平均为26%,而对照组5头犊牛E玫瑰花环率平均为22%,数据显示注射疫苗后比注射疫苗前上升了6%,比对照组上升了4%.实验结果表明犊奶牛注射猪瘟弱毒苗后能够引起细胞免疫的提高.

| Abstract: | The experiment detects the cell immune status of calves with Erythrocyte rosette test.The Erythrocyte rosette rate of eight calves of the experimental group averages 20 percent before being injected the vaccine,and the Erythrocyte rosette rate of them averages 26 percent in the 45th day after being injected the vaccine.The Erythrocyte rosette rate of five calves of the control group averages 22 percent.These data show that compared with the rate before being injected and of the control group,the rate after being injected ascends by 6 percent and 4 percent.The experimental result illustrates that the cell immune can be activated to enhance after injecting the attenuated HCV vaccine to the calves. |
