| 摘 要： | 分析了几个在压缩域内处理已压缩的视频流的算法.其中主要关注如何对DCT系数直接进行处理的算法,对于带有运动估计的压缩系统(如MPEG视频压缩码)分析了一种解码算法及相应压缩域内的重构算法,这种算法也应用于视频转码.

| Abstract: | In this paper, we introduce algorithms to manipulate compressed video in the compressed domain. Specifically, we focus on directly algorithms processing the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) coefficients. Furthermore,for compression systems incorporating MC (such as MPEG), we introduce a decoding algorithm to reconstruct the video in the transform domain and then perform the manipulations in the transform domain. The same technique can be applied to efficient video transcoding application. |
