摘    要:JD37复合微生物肥料主要由本实验室筛选出的一株植物根际促生细菌JD37与蚯蚓粪组成,该肥料对小白菜与蕹菜具有显著的促生作用.盆栽试验中,小白菜全株鲜重增加了45.6%,蕹菜全株鲜重增加了45%;大棚种植试验中,小白菜产量增加18.2%;蕹菜产量增加107.4%.在对两种蔬菜进行品质检测后发现,JD37复合微生物肥料组和化肥组的抗坏血酸含量无显著差异,可溶性蛋白含量中,JD37复合微生物肥料组要优于化肥组;亚硝酸盐含量中,JD37复合微生物肥料组为化肥组的一半,说明该肥料能有效降低两种蔬菜的亚硝酸盐含量.本实验为JD37复合微生物肥料的进一步实践应用奠定了基础.

Abstract:JD37 Compound microbial fertilizer was mainly made up of wormcast and one plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria strain JD37 screened by microbiology laboratory,which showed significant increase in growth of pakchoi and water spinach. In pot experiment test, pakchoi fresh weight increased 45.6% and water spinach fresh weight increased 45% compared with control group. In greenhouse cultivation test, pakchoi yield increased 18.2% and water spinach yield increased 107.4% compared with control group. The vegetable quality detection results showed that there was on significant difference between the content of ascorbic acid in both chemical fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer group, soluble protein content increased significantly in compound microbial fertilizer group. The value of nitrite content in compound microbial fertilizer group was only half of chemical fertilizer group. The experiment results suggested that JD37 compound microbial fertilizer could reduce the nitrite content of vegetables simultaneously. The study lay a soild foundation for the further application of JD37 compound microbial fertilizer.
