摘    要:采用铝盐显色分光光度法研究了5种鳞毛蕨科植物的总黄酮含量,并对其抗氧化活性进行分析. 结果表明:所研究的5种鳞毛蕨科植物的总黄酮含量在5 - 8%;狭顶鳞毛蕨的总黄酮含量最多(8.24%),暗鳞鳞毛蕨的总黄酮含量最低(5.01%);5种鳞毛蕨科植物的黄酮提取液具有良好的抗氧化能力,且提取的黄酮类化合物的添加量在实验剂量范围内与其抗氧化活性(铁还原力、DPPH自由基清除活性、ABTS 清除活性)呈正相关. 为鳞毛蕨科植物资源的开发利用提供参考.

Study on content and antioxidation effect of total flavonoids from five kind of dryopteridaceae plants

Abstract:The content and antioxidation effect of total flavonoids from 5 kind of dryopteridaceae plants were studied by aluminum color spectrophotometry. The results showed that the 5 kind of dryopteridaceae plants contained flavonoids, and the total flavonoid contents ranged from 5% to 8%. Dryopteris lacera appeared the highest total flavonoid content(8.24%); Dryopteris atrata appeared the lowest(5.01%). the flavonoids extract in the 5 kind of dryopteridaceae plants had good antioxidant capacity, and the dosage of flavonoids extracted from the plants was in direct proportion to the antioxidation(Iron reducing power, DPPH free radical scavenging activity, ABTS scavenging activity). This paper is to provide a reference for the development and utilization of dryopteridaceae plants.
