| 摘 要： | 通过构建流动空间与城市空间的关系模型,并基于"精英空间"分析了城市新的空间极化产生的机理和结果.以上海市第六次人口普查数据和样本数据进行区位商分析和GIS空间分析,探讨了信息时代新的城市空间极化现象.研究表明:流动空间通过精英空间来影响城市空间极化是一种更高层次的集聚,是人力资本、财富和科技知识的空间集中.

| Abstract: | Based on the elite space and the relation model between the space of flows and the urban space, the paper analyzed the mechanism and consequence of the new urban spatial polarization. Using the Shanghai sixth census data and the sample data, the paper discussed the new phenomenon of urban spatial polarization in the information age by the location quotient analysis and GIS spatial analysis. The research result showed that the space of flows influencing urban spatial polarization through the elite space is a higher level agglomeration, including the spatial concentration of the human capital, the concentration of wealth and knowledge of science and technology. |
