粗厚山羊草-普通小麦核质杂种及其亲本的同工酶分析

摘    要:分别取粗厚山羊草、普通小麦及其核质杂种(B8F1)的茎、叶,利用薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电点聚焦电泳技术,对酯酶、过氧化物酶两种同工酶进行电泳,并分析它们的酶谱.结果显示:无论茎还是叶,核质杂种的两种酶谱均偏向于提供细胞核的一方──普通小麦,而明显地区别子提供细胞质的一方──粗厚山羊草。认为同工酶主要是由细胞核内的遗传物质所控制.

Abstract:The esterse and peroxidase isozyme from stems and leaves of Ae.erasul,Tr.aestivumand their nucleus-cytoplasm hybrid were analysed by polyacrylamide gel Boelectric focusing method.The resuis showed that the hybrids'isozyme zymogram from either stems or leaves was similar to that of Tr.aestivum offered nucleus,and different to that of Ae.crassa offered cytoplasm.It follows that isozyme is mainly controlled by genetic material of nucleus.
