铁催化烯基环丙烷类化合物的三氟甲基化反应

摘    要:对铁催化的烯基环丙烷类化合物的自由基三氟甲基化反应进行了研究.以中等到良好的收率获得了含三氟甲基的二氢萘衍生物.方法具有反应条件温和,催化剂廉价易得,反应时间短等优点.同时对反应机理进行了初步研究.

Abstract:An efficient iron(II)-catalyzed trifluoromethylation of vinylcyclopropanes was developed.A series of CF3-containing dihydronaphthalene derivatives were prepared with a moderate to high yield.This method offers several advantages in terms of its mild condition,readily available and cheap catalyst,as well as short reaction time.Furthermore,the reaction mechanism was investigated preliminarily.
