摘    要:应用红外光谱和扫描电镜配合进行苯胺在铂金电极上的电聚合及其葡萄糖氧化酶固定化实验条件的探索⒚实验结果表明,高氯酸根阴离子掺杂的膜经过阴极化去杂后再固定酶,可以提高电极对葡萄糖响应的灵敏度和稳定性⒚

Abstract:The experimental conditions for electrochemical polymirization of Aniline and immobilization of glucose oxidase(GOD) at platinium electrode were investigated by the IR spectra and scanning electronic microscopy(SEM). The results demonstrate that the responding sensitivity to glucose of the present electrode and its stability were improved by using the ClO - 4 anion doped to electrochemically polymerized polyaniline film.
